1. Freshness Guarantee
All our salads, kits, and raw ingredients are prepared and packed with care to ensure maximum freshness. If you receive a product that is spoiled, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Products that arrive spoiled or damaged
Incorrect or missing items
Delivery errors (e.g. wrong address by our team)
Please note:
We may request a photo of the product and packaging to process your request.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:
If more than 24 hours have passed since delivery
If the product was stored improperly after delivery
If you changed your mind after ordering or didn’t like the taste (unless there's a quality issue)
B2B bulk orders, unless there is a clear defect or agreed issue
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and packing costs.
